Returns + Exchanges
RETURNS
Returns must be made within 14 days from the day the item was received. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, animal hair, smoke or wear) with all product tags attached in the original packaging.
Final Sale items are NON RETURNABLE. Final Sale items include anything on Sale, Undergarments and Black Friday discounted items.

RETURNS BY MAIL
Returns can’t be canceled once dropped off with the return-shipping carrier.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve processed your return.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be posted in your original payment method.
Shipping is non refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges. Any items returned will be refunded minus shipping fees. A replacement item may be purchased prior or after return by the customer.
